Refund & delivery policy

A handbook is a digital study book; a roadmap is a week-by-week learning plan with its projects and tools. You pay once and get access in your account for as long as the service runs, including later updates to what you bought. It is not a subscription and nothing is shipped. 1:1 sessions (live calls) have their own rules in section 5.

Access is instant: once the payment succeeds, handbooks appear in your library at My assets and roadmaps under My roadmaps, linked to the email address you gave at checkout. Sign in with that email to read online, or download the PDF where one is available; updates replace the PDF with the latest version. A receipt is emailed to you. If a payment succeeded but access did not appear within an hour, write to us and we will fix it.

Every handbook volume has free sample pages you can read with a free account, and every roadmap has a free preview page. Please look at them to check the product suits you.

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind after using it. We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same item;
• the handbook or roadmap is broken, will not open, or is materially different from its description, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
• you ask within 7 days of paying and have not opened the full handbook beyond the free sample or downloaded its PDF (for a roadmap: within 7 days of paying).

To ask, email pressentify@gmail.com from the address you bought with, quoting your order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and normally reach you in 5–7 working days. Access to what was refunded is removed when the refund is made.

A 1:1 session is a live call on Google Meet with the host, booked at a time you pick (shown in your own time zone). A single session is booked before you pay; a pack of sessions is booked one by one from My sessions by the “use by” date shown there. The rules below are also shown before you pay.

• Moving. You can move a session once for free, up to 24 hours before it starts.
• Cancelling. You can cancel up to 24 hours before it starts. The session goes back to your account so you can book another time; cancelling is not a refund.
• Missing it. Within the last 24 hours a session can no longer be moved or cancelled, and a session you do not join counts as used.
• If the host cancels. The session goes back to your account to rebook, or, if you prefer, a refund for it — reply to the cancellation email.
• Unbooked sessions in a pack can be booked until the “use by” date; after it they expire.

A double charge is always refunded in full. A refunded order cancels its sessions that have not started yet.

Handbooks and roadmaps are licensed to you for personal study, and that includes a downloaded PDF. Handbooks you read online may show a line naming the account they were issued to. Please do not share, resell or publish them; accounts used to leak them may be closed without refund.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card details. Prices are in Indian rupees. Coupon codes reduce the price at checkout and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
